Cody in the service department needs to be written up and re-trained on how to treat customers. He sarcasm is not necessary and he is just rude. I have completed the Honda care contract that I had which was a total waste of money. In the future I will not subject myself to being treated the way I have been in this service department. Every time I have been there to get my car serviced there was an issue.
