They sold me a battery that I didn't need. Why was it replaced after they seen water back there. I feel I was taken on that.

My glove box has been broken for over a year. Everytime I have brought it for service I have forgotten to mention it. Today, while my highlander was receiving the 30k mileage service someone noticed my glove box only latching on one side. Who ever that was fixed it. Each time I come there (basic oil change) I spend at least 3 hours waiting for my vehicle. I made an appointment as always, but the long wait is not acceptable, and the up selling aspect of each visit is not necessary or wanted. I’m just one customer and I know Mr Germain could care less if I return, but my time and money will go elsewhere. There is no excuse for a basic oil change to take 2-3 hours long. Thank you, Scott W
