We are not satisfied at all- we know we are being misled and lied to. We are highly considering our need to hire an attorney. When we worked with Jessica, everything was fine and we trusted her. As soon as we started communicating with Rich- all our red flags went off and now he’s lying to us and not fixing the issues. We are very upset

The employees at Toyota of Puyallup are top notch IMO. Jessica was super friendly in our interaction today. It is obvious to me that there is an expectation from owners/management in the way customers are treated at this dealership. When i called to schedule i mentioned an issue i had with the automatic volume control on the radio! When I arrived for service I was told there was no mention of that and it would require a different appointment! Not acceptable! I was told it would be taken care of when I visited!
