I was told it was going to be a 1 1/2 hour appointment, it ended up being almost double that.
Also to wait that long and the issue wth my passenger side door not unlocking was not fixed which means I'll have to eventually go in a 3rd time for the same thing and have to wait again. Sorry, but I'm not happy with the service this time around

Andrea was really great. The actual service of my Rav4 was very good. The person that checked me in. I think she said her name was Christina after I asked, did a very poor job of greeting me. No greeting what so ever, while holding an arm full of trash. She needs to work in an area where she does not interact with customers. While waiting, one other customer said he had similar experience, so I'm pretty sure it was not just me.

The lines when you pick up your vehicle are confusing. I thought I had to be in the 'Repair' line and NOT the express line. I waited for about 5 people to get in front of me because the lady at the counter didn't say anything to me. I felt like an idiot and it was a crappy experience to end an expensive day.
