The service for the recall was fine, what I'm having an issue with is the fact that it was my last day of my warranty andcehen I asked that a technician to diagnose why the side mirrors no longer fold in automatically when car is locked. I was told it was broken and implied that somehow it was damaged by someone so it is not under warranty. I dont believe this. The controls do not appear to be damaged. The mirrors will still fold if its done manually. I was passed off to call Toyota myself and hope they would offer a goodwill otherwise it would cost $600.00. There was no offer from anyone in your service department to show be the "damage". It was upsetting to be told there was no warranty for this. Especially when I was told that my warranty expires the following day. I spent an hour on the phone with Toyota and they will get back to me in 3 to 5 business days. I am very disappointed in your service department.

You were very nice and cordial and got things done as quick as possible. I know it’s been complicated and I look forward to getting this problem taken care of and it was looked at before. My car was in the 30,000 mile range at 29,000 something it was looked at And actually three times before that but they just sent a guy out. He looked at it adjusted a few things and thought it was working, but it never has worked right it’s been a headache ever since I got the vehicle because somethings always been wrong with it and my low tire light stays on most of the time I forgot to tell you that , but you were great and I appreciate your service. Blessings to you. You’re a great candidate for Toyota.

We made an appointment for 9 am for a 3 hour work order and the car was not ready until 2:30 pm. As such my wife had to wait most of the day at the dealer and local park waiting for it to be done. Waay to long to wait with an appointment made weeks in advance. My son did say he liked the free snacks so I guess that counts for something.
