Mostly great experience however whoever parked my car backed it in next to the only bush where I couldn’t load my son in the car or put his stroller in the car so I had to quickly move my car while leaving him and his stroller in the parking lot. There were at least 10 open spots in the lot. So odd

Was told by the first person the oil change was free and the total price was around 300 instead when I ran my debit card it was over 900. Bit of a shock. I’ve usually always like the service at Toyota still do just was quite surprised at the end of service.

Rebecca was very personable and helped those waiting right away, if not the let them know she would be with them shortly. Customer service has gone by the wayside, however Rebecca still has it. I very much appreciated it. The service man was friendly as well.
