My appointment was 1:15pm, I parked in the garage and stood outside my car for 5min and no one came to get my car. I walked inside and none of the front desk employees greeted me (all 5 of them). I finally got checked in and made a clear concern about my brakes known. They were even typed on my check-in sheet. At checkout, the man who took my payment made zero comment on my concern. I had to ask if my brakes were looked at. He then said yes and that the brakes are warped and but nothing could be done until a 2nd diagnostic appointment was scheduled... He didn't offer to address my concern at checkout, didn't offer next steps for solution, and didn't offer to schedule my diagnostic appointment. I've gone to this Toyota location since getting my Toyota in 2017. I drive 30min to get to this location. This is the worst service I've ever received. Very dissatisfied. Very likely to go elsewhere.

My vehicle had the seat fully reclined when returned, it was unwashed and the tires were not rotated. My glovebox has been emptied and left on the passenger seat. Joseph assured me that my tires were rotated, but there was dust all over all of the lugs indicating they were never touched. Joseph was professional and polite but the service was unsatisfactory and was poorly executed. I returned and got the vehicle washed but had to wait over 2 hours total to get my vehicle after my appt.
