I just purchased this TOYOTA CERTIFIED 2021 hylander hybrid and after an only a couple of highway drives getting up to 60-65 mph it was out of balance and uncomfortable to drive. The wheels were out of balance, shouldn't this have been corrected in your multi point inspection before you sold me the car? While your team in service are professional and polite they agreed, along with you finance department that this should have been taken care of before I bought it. I would like to speak to a manager or Tyra, who I left a message for yesterday to talk about this, and the added extended warranty that I was urged to purchase, which now after asking to take a look at what they showed us and not getting that opportunity yesterday, I'm feeling like a bit of bait and switch went on here when I first got the car.

Your estimate to fix my right headlamp was way too high. My body man said that you were gouging me. Your estimate of almost $1900, he will do for $1300. Your labor was $500 for one a one hour job. The body guy’s was $100. If you want more customers and for them to trust you, be fair. Come on!
