Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied. Elisabeth was excellent. My vehicle was finished a bit after the time quoted but apparently there was a back up in the service department for some reason. No problem. This morning however, I discovered a (approximately 4 inch) writing pen mark running down the 'faux leather' portion of my center console, down the drivers side right arm rest, over the stitch and down the side of the console. After working on this spot for a several minutes I have yet to completely remove the pen mark. When sitting in the drivers seat the pen mark is right about where a Dickies style work pant side pocket would be(apparently one with an uncapped black writing pen sticking out of it). It is extremely frustrating when one takes the care that I do to keep my Toyota looking as good and as new as possible, only to have a thoughtless, careless Toyota of Puyallup employee damage the vehicle interior, unknowingly. I also found greasy fingerprints on the console and inside drivers door. It is very disappointing to say the least, when the folks you "trust" to take outstanding care of your Toyota, don't.

I had a 3:15 appointment for my first 5000 mile service on my new Tacoma which I purchased at Puyallup Toyota. I was informed at check in my vehicle wasn’t going to be done until 4:45. That seemed different than any other service appointment I have ever had at any other service department. I sat in the waiting area and at 4:15 I was pleasantly surprised to see my truck ready. I waited and watched my service appointment personal I checked in with do nothing for 15 minutes, then he disappeared. I then waited for him to come back to his desk and asked him if I could get my key fab so I could leave. The service person then went on to explaining he had to go get the paperwork. He came back and said the vehicle was just dropped off and it’s ready. I value integrity in a service department and this is not it. He then explained I should feel lucky because it wasn’t scheduled to be completed until 4:45. I explained that my truck was completed 20 minutes prior and just want to go home. He then gave me a “ no worries” and I left. This reminds me of a Larson owned service department.
