Wish I had better service from the representative. He didn’t give me my full total before I swiped my card and said it “should” be correct. It was correct but it is not ok telling someone to pay without showing the exact total. He also didn’t give me a receipt until I asked. Felt shady. He also failed to inform me the Toyota oil change punch cards are no longer valid until I asked. Also, no $8 coupon application for today’s service? I didn’t get the application. Not sure what happened to quality control of training but this was the worst experience I’ve had there in 5 years.

Nicolas was wonderful but whoever loaded my old tires up didn’t bother to wrap or cover them and one of the tires scuffed the interior.

Everyone was friendly and professional but I was never given a $quote for the services or the wait time, which ended up being over 4 hours so I would have liked to know. Rather than tell me the total, the tech that checked me out said “the card reader is right there” which also did not show a total. I would have appreciated a little more transparent communication throughout the process.

Fastest service ever. 11:15 in, 12:51 received paperwork by text. Car parked outside, had to ask for paperwork and keys 15 minutes later. Started up car, turned headlights on. Passenger headlight had not been replaced. Tire rotation not checked??.I guess someone wanted a fast lunch break. Headlight replaced by gentleman that checked me in. I hope all of the checkmarks were completed, leaves some doubt.

As of right now I’m satisfied.
I want to temper my enthusiasm a bit till I know that the repair indeed did fix the problem. I have a hard time getting my head around the check engine light disabling all other safety functions because of a detected thermostat issue. My car/engine has never overheated or come close.
$900.00 later it’s a head scratcher.
