Nic is a very approachable Toyota representative. I’ve been a Toyota owner since 1998. I own two Camrys. My’98 has 250,000 mi on it & Iove that car I don’t trust others when it comes to caring for it. I have to Nic on other occasions when I needed work to be done. I live near the Toyota agency & I feel like Nic is a neighbor. Toyota is lucky to have Nic. I wish him well and hope he finds a future at Toyota. I look fwd to calling on him in the future. RN

She was completely honest with my concerns and quickly confirmed the technician that had just did my oil change a couple of days earlier at Toyota of Puyallup hadn’t tightened down the oil filter and oil drain plug and was loose enough, that if I hadn’t caught it as quickly as I did, would have fallen off and been catastrophic for my car.

After 2 hrs and 15 min for an oil change, I had to go to representative to tell him my car is done as it was in the parking area. Also, no one came out to go over the inspection results. This has always been the case. There is usually an air filter or cabin filter that may need replacing. I never got a copy any inspection results either when I paid. The next day someone said my headlight was out. Sure enough it was. When I replaced it, I saw the high beam bulb/assembly out laying in engine compartment. I replaced bad bulb and put the high beam assembly back into headlight socket. What the heck is happening? I am not sure if tires were rotated or if they actually did an inspection. My wife just ordered a new car there. I hope this is just an isolated incident.

The oil change took 3 hours, I waited on site. Initially the recall was supposed to be fixed, but after 3 hours of waiting I was informed that it would take at least half a day to repair. I was not provided with any documents about the work done, nor a machine inspection sheet. Only after I requested the documents myself, they printed out one piece of paper with information about an oil change, and that’s all
