I called and scheduled a oil change. I gave the mileage.
I went to the appointment and told the guy outside I’m here for a oil change. He sent me inside and I talked to the gal and I stated I want a oil change.
I was notified the vehicle was completed. Looking at the invoice I asked. So no oil change? She said no, next time.
I have a 2020 limited Highlander in Arizona and NEVER had issues changing the oil when I set up the time with that dealership, no questions asked.
We leave for Arizona early January and I wanted the oil changed.
