I ordered a set of tires to be installed at my 40,000 mile service. After I had waited more than an hour I was told that they ordered the wrong size. It took most of the next hour to get my car back from the service appmt. Almost 2 hours and only an oil change and safety inspection - and no tires. I ordered a set from Discount Tire from your waiting room and they were installed in less than an hour. Also the notes said that a cabin filter was needed. No one mentioned this, so there was no chance to replace it. I guess I will do it myself. You lost a chunk of business today. NB
