Nothing against service rep at all, but I do have major issues with tires I've had from Toyota. Too many "sidewall" issues in spite of careful driving practices. I've not had these issues with any other tires from any place, including previous tires from Toyota. Seems to be defective and not holding up with warranty. Very disappointed.

Nic was great, good follow through right up to when he got off. Then around 5:45pm I had to go find someone that knew something about when my van would be done. Which, coincidentally, it was and would be brought around in just a few minutes. So everything was good but I felt like I was forgotten right at the end. No complaints, I get it, it’s just how this went since you’re asking. I love my experience there and recommend you to everyone in my sphere.
