Having to go to a manager about why my second key was never addressed changed this from a great service appointment to a somewhat disappointing visit. I’m unsure why it is that I as a customer continue to have to push and initiate what should be done on your side. Knowing that I have been waiting 11 months for a second key, have had to come down and ask for my plates to be installed, had to initiate the additional window tinting that I paid for at purchase…this is yet another failure on Toyota of Puyallup. I do not know how many more times I can say that I am not only frustrated, but let down yet again. If I buy another Toyota, it will be from another dealership, I’m certain.
