The lady that checked us in was very friendly and immediately helped us. I appreciate that. She also checked us out before our car was brought around so we could leave immediately. Sometimes you will stand there awkwardly for a few minutes for someone to check you in on the service side. But we didn’t get asked about a car wash or have or car washed. And a basic oil change took over 2.5 hours. Long wait.
