There was a double deduction on my credit card,I called to complain and I was told Jessica was going to call me to get it resolved but no one called me and the issue is still pending.

Had a 10 a.m. appointment it was 12:45 when I left, after 2 HR and 15 min asked how much longer was told car was done. Took 30 min be for to get Bill and pay.
Ask to have manager call and person to call about how my credit from gift certificate of $ 30 would be taken care of.
Still no calls no apologies from anyone, sat in and all customers were gone. Bad customer service
