Intake of my vehicle took me switching between five cubicles… I understand you were busy getting others processed in and out… it was just a point of aggravation. I knew someone would help me eventually so I wasn’t particularly concerned but I feel like you should know someone else might be quite put off by the experience. Additionally… I was asked if I wanted my car washed and I said Yes! Thank you very much! I have bird poop on it and it will be awesome to have it washed. ???? That’s my face when I get to my car and it’s not washed. Do Not ask a customer if they’d like their car washed if you have no intention of washing it! Please Do Not respond to my comments by calling me. I expect to have a smooth check in next time. My car seems to be running fine afterwards…

Overall, my car got finished and everyone worked with me. My only issue is the lack of tech training. My car does not have rod knock, perhaps teaching your crew what that actually is and sounds like is a good idea. The valve lash was out of spec as I said. But, what I didn’t know beforehand is the piston pin in cylinder head 3 is going bad. That is not a piston SLAP. Or a KNOCK. It is a ticking sound. If my car had rod knock it would be undrivable after at most two days. Your tech is right, it is easier to just replace the motor than take all that stuff apart. But perhaps having your techs know how to properly diagnose a car, would be beneficial. I can’t even imagine how many customers you guys have **** over because you say the issue is something it’s not. I have three Toyotas, ones right hand drive, ones a clapped out drift car, and then I have the camry. The Camry is STOCK. It is not hard. There is zero reason why a 20 year old girl should know more than your trained professional techs. It is sorely disappointing but, perfect reason to continue fixing my cars on my own instead of being lazy and asking someone else to do it. I sincerely hope no one else gets **** over by you guys. And once again, Jimmy was great, the techs just need to do better.

Took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change the same amount it was supposed to take to get an oil change and my breaks replaced but they didn’t check to see if they had the parts when i scheduled it. My car was waiting outside and no one ever came and told me it was done. Also i didnt get my car washed AGAIN when they said they would. Last time i took it in for service they said it was good to go and on the drive home my service light came on and i needed an oil change! Had to reschedule it AGAIN. safe to say this might be my last time coming here.

I brought my car in for an oil change/regular service as scheduled at one of the first appointments of the day, 8:15am. I was told the oil change would take an hour at most, so I waited in the main office. I waited in that office for almost 2 hours, 10am before my car was brought around to be taken home. I am frustrated that an oil change took almost two hours to complete. It used to be that you could just walk in to the dealership at anytime and have your oil changed in 45 minutes. As a walk-in. Now you can't come in without an appointment, which is fine, I understand appointments help smooth out high demand for service. But I don't like having to wait two hours for something that used to take 45 minutes. Especially when I scheduled ahead of time and early in the day, before extra circumstances could have excessively delayed the work being done to my car. I don't know if your speed of service has slowed or if you are overbooking your service staff, but I have had similar experiences on the last few services I have had, and I just would like to see services take as long as the service rep tells me it should take. Because I know an oil change doesn't take two hours.
