Sophie was great! Very nice and professional. I was hoping for a car wash (I noticed another vehicle had been washed). I seem to recall a paper with all the items that had been checked including the depth of tire treads. I did not receive this with my payment information. And there was an employee sleeping in the customer waiting area. He brought in food and drink and then fell asleep. He had an alarm, woke up and went down the employee hallway. Weird.

This is a long response. On August 28, after picking my family up at the airport, the temperature gauge reached the red zone. Fearing that the engine was overheating, I drove straight to Toyota of Puyallup in order to get the 2001 Tundra checked out. After four days I finally calked T of P and inquired to whether the truck was ready. No one ever called me.
I finally picked up the truck on Wednesday, Sept. 6, paid the $900 bill and drove the truck home. I called throughout the day on Tuesday, however, no one ever answered the phone at the dealership.
Before I ever reached home, the temperature indicator reached up to the red zone.????So… I called back and made an appt to take the truck in on Thursday, Sept. 7. After checking in with Nic, I left the truck for further repairs. Later that day Nic called me and told me that the truck needed a new thermostat! WHAT?? Why wasn’t this checked the first time?? I was told that the cost would be All of this could have been avoided had the thermostat had been checked the first time.
Now it is Monday, Sept. 11, and STILL no call from your dealership. I am not sure of what else to say, except since 2001, this has been the most frustrating experience I have had. I really feel that a discount should be applied to the cost to offset the terrible experience I have had.

It took over a month to get an appointment. Finally got one for 10:15 on 9/8/23. I received a text a few days prior, reminding me of my 10:15 appt. When I arrived, I was told that my appt was for 9:30 and I missed it and would have to reschedule. Not happy. I showed the guy the text I received re. 10:15. He then figured out a way to fit me in. But it took 2 hours for a routine service.

Getting checked in to drop off a vehicle should not take 20 minutes. All the while, my vehicle is not getting serviced and it's getting pushed back in line well past my Appointment time. Schedule your maintenance for the staff and personnel you have. Do better.

Everything was good other then the fact I was about 4 miles away and noticed the service required warning was still on. I had to return and have service reset.
