Nic is great and he’s working hard to get my Venza fixed, but Stephan wasn’t able to get the dashcam working the first time. Nic wasn’t able to get it fixed the second time. I’m hoping the third time is a charm! I realize neither of them is actually doing the repair, but I’m not sure who is supposed to double check it’s actually done.
Also, I’m struggling to understand how my rear washer fluid dispenser could work perfectly spraying a light mist all over the windshield, for almost two years, but now it’s “normal” for the fluid to dribble down my windshield. Confusing!

My "Only" issue was the loaner vehicle was NOT full... When I received it, it had 268 miles left in the tank, when I returned it with a full tank, it had 336 miles left. Other than that, everything was done great!

I was told when I made the appointment it would be 3 hours. I dropped it off at 8 and it was ready after 3 PM. Stephan didn't contact me the first time until after 11 and I replied with "Is it ready?", which he never responded to. I talked to one of the service people at Noon and was told they had done the alignment, but not the tires, and everyone was now at lunch. I didn't hear anything more from Stephan until after 3 PM, then he was sparky and full of excuses. He never apologized and I won't be back for anything but routine service ever again!
