Stefan was the person who was responsible for my 100% best customer service award I could ever get Stefan was attentive to my needs. Stefon made sure he heard and understood my concerns. Stefan made it to where I was able to use a loaner vehicle so I can continue my shopping for the first day of school with my children then he got me the military discount and I am a very happy Veteran and a very happy customer of Toyota of Puyallup because of the Customer Service Stefan gave to me. Vehicle was towed in with a hybrid module issue. Ro had notes that main cooling fan fuse was removed as they were in high mode, pulling the battery voltage down. fuse was placed in drivers door pocket,(outlined on the Ro) after picking up my vehicle I found that fan fuse was never installed! Notes on the Ro Stating that tech couldn’t locate the missing fuse that Was removed. Sending the vehicle out with no cooling fans, which is odd since there were notes on the Ro regrading this, In the end I ended up reinstalling the fuse myself. you would expect the dealership to take a little more pride in a customers vehicle. Slow down and recheck your work or better ask questions. it’s hard to trust a dealer when this is the result.

Also, I bought parts from your dealership. They came in the next day but the part they needed to fix my truck. They said takes seven days to get it in. I feel like it is not it at all. I feel like it’s because it’s a warranty thing and it’s not top priority.

Scheduled for a front break job replacements prior to the scheduled date.
Even confirming that they had the parts on hand for the job.
Brought it in due to explaining that the front end of the car shakes when applying break.
Just recently got the front brakes checked also and they claimed it was fine but apparently they just looked at the pads but not actually talking a road test.
This time around as I mentioned I need the rotor replaced or balanced all they said was your breaks are fine.
I scheduled the car requesting a new front break job and all they did was an inspection.
Once explained that I needed a break job they didn’t even have break pads lol.
As the car is 2020 Highlander which is our main source of transport.
Also carting family and one is a handicap.
They requested to reschedule and I requested they find the pads with other local Toyotas or parts store.
And there is more.
Also they ran the car thru a car wash or I don’t know how the driver front mirror is broken and the housing is missing.
Dropped my car in the morning at 7:45am and was told 3-4 hour which ended up getting a call around 5pm.
Very disappointed.
A worker took pictures of the damaged mirror and suppose to get a call Monday.
