I must say that although most of my experiences at ToP (excluding sales) have been positive, Jessica was very curtious, helpful and positive to work with. One of your workers came out and (in my opinion as a native of New York City) fairly aggressively attempted to up-sell me to have my rear disk breaks repaired even though the written report, while indicating that the discs needed to be serviced, the drum brakes were fine and there was no indication of imminent failure as he implied. He then tried to up-sell me to a car wash though I indicated that I have a pressure washer at home. Meanwhile, I had used clear packing tape to protect the interior of the headlight fixture and only some was removed and instead of being disposed of in your trash-was rolled up into a sticky bundle and tossed into the back seat. Previously, I had the vehicle serviced at Doxon Toyota in Auburn and was never treated that way. The vehicle was returned spotless after a Post service washing or I was given a voucher for a free wash at a nearby commercial location.
Finally I was informed that I could not pay cash for the work done even though it says right on the notes, that it is legal tender for all debts public or private, so refusing to accept cash will lead to a costly
bit of litigation.

I was so pleased with the customer service! Every staff member I talked to or heard talking to other customers were friendly and so helpful. The whole atmosphere was calm, happy, and well organized. It was my first time bringing my car in for service and everything was handled with care and with explanations of how the program worked. Jessica and her trainee were great to work with and the service was completed a half hour ahead of schedule! I am a very satisfied customer and feel confident that all my car needs will be in good hands in the future!
