I waited over 2 hours and when my car was brought up she was getting snacks and I had to wait longer. I shouldn’t know that, but snacks are in vending in the service bay so it was visible. If my oil and filter had been changed, how much longer would the wait have been?

Repair was done early and a loaner car was provided which was great. The car was washed but was left with a tar like mark on the side which I had to rub off when I got home. Otherwise everything was great.

Online scheduling has not worked the last 2 times, and staff admits it’s not reliable. . It’s unnerving to plan around an appointment then show up and be told you don’t have one. Thankful they have gone ahead and done the service, but if you know the system is broken, take it out of commission!
