I asked that my tires not be rotated. My paperwork indicated that my tires were rotated and when I called the service department, they went back to ask the technician who worked on my car if they were or were not rotated, and they said they were not. This makes me wonder if there was other information on my paperwork that was not accurate and if they are really checking all the things on my car or if they are just checking boxes on the paperwork. I would consider this a failure to pay attention to detail

Dropped off my 2022 4Runner Friday. Aaron says he won’t be in Monday but that someone would call me Monday. Radio silence until I call Tuesday afternoon in which someone says they’ll call me back with update once their back from lunch. I was not given a call back. Called Wednesday I was told Aaron wouldn’t be until Friday and that I’d get an update then. I then requested to have the service manager call me. Lori called about 1.5 hours later said they had it all figured out then quoted 1100 dollars for non covered repair. I call 3 other Toyota dealerships in the area and all are in the 6-7 hundred dollar range so I pick up my car not fixed as I refuse to encourage your awful customer service with my money. The cherry on top was another gentleman who had dropped his car off for maintenance but hadn’t been updated that his car hadn’t been looked at for 2 days and he requested his truck without work provided as well. It’s a systemic issue within your service department. Aaron has been the only helpful person I’ve dealt with and it’s disappointing that he can’t rely on his coworkers to take care of tasks when he’s out on vacation.

The lights were not checked when I came in. After I left I was informed my taillight was out by the vehicle behind me. When I called the dealership I was told that it was checked and when I informed the service member they did not seem to care or couldn’t confirm it was in fact checked before I left
