Dropped off my 2022 4Runner Friday. Aaron says he won’t be in Monday but that someone would call me Monday. Radio silence until I call Tuesday afternoon in which someone says they’ll call me back with update once their back from lunch. I was not given a call back. Called Wednesday I was told Aaron wouldn’t be until Friday and that I’d get an update then. I then requested to have the service manager call me. Lori called about 1.5 hours later said they had it all figured out then quoted 1100 dollars for non covered repair. I call 3 other Toyota dealerships in the area and all are in the 6-7 hundred dollar range so I pick up my car not fixed as I refuse to encourage your awful customer service with my money. The cherry on top was another gentleman who had dropped his car off for maintenance but hadn’t been updated that his car hadn’t been looked at for 2 days and he requested his truck without work provided as well. It’s a systemic issue within your service department. Aaron has been the only helpful person I’ve dealt with and it’s disappointing that he can’t rely on his coworkers to take care of tasks when he’s out on vacation.

We got it all straighten out before I left.. I just suggest to have someone in there with experience to tell you how much something is and not to guess. 16 dollars and 31.00 dollars is a big difference specially when u live on a fixed income...

The lights were not checked when I came in. After I left I was informed my taillight was out by the vehicle behind me. When I called the dealership I was told that it was checked and when I informed the service member they did not seem to care or couldn’t confirm it was in fact checked before I left

Made appointment for a oil change and was told it would still take 1.5 to 2 hours. Why make an appointment if it's going to take that long for a simple oil change Won't be back.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in your service department. The service writer's body language and tone of voice lead me to believe that I was an inconvenience. I was talked down to and didn't feel as though my concerns were heard nor was I taken seriously. My broken handle was not addressed, and although I understand the tech must replicate the concern, I was never taken seriously or listened to. I was told "we will let the tech make that call and he will decide if it's broken". My father in law is an ASE master certified tech with over 35 years experience and advised me the handle was indeed clicking- like I told the service advisor. It took over 35 minutes for me to check in, and there was no line. The service advisors behavior and attitude was a major turn off. If I ever had to deal with him again, I would drive out of my way to Larson or Dixon Toyota to avoid your service department again.
