The service department was awesome. However at 8am I spoke to a sales manager about my 2nd key. He aussured me I would hear back from my sales rep Monte. Yet as of 8:31pm I have heard nothing. We have waited almost 7 months, given Toyota thousands of dollars and only shopped Toyota of Puyallup because of the store’s reputation. Yet here I sit with not information and no 2nd key.

Aaron was professional and courteous. His customer service skills is impeccable. Aaron made sure I was taken care of and made sure to get the bottom of my concerns. Also the service center is clean and inviting to sit and wait. I just want to say is that I switched dealerships and ended up coming here because the other dealership was not meeting my expectations. Since coming here I will not go back to that dealership because your dealership is amazing all around.

1) My vehicle was not washed.
2) My horn was signed off as operational. It is not.
3) My driver side, front blinker/driving light was signed off as operational. It is not.
I was looking forward to the call that both were inop and further investigation was needed to correct the faults. Again, this did not happen.

You pride yourselves on customer satisfaction yet you couldn’t even give me an over view of my vehicle. All you said was there are no leaks. Ice gotten most of my services at this location and have more chances to make my experience better but today was last time that I get any type of of service. It was so disappointing!

You need to start working to reduce the paper trail. It would speed things up if you emailed the reports instead of printing so many pages!
