1) I was told the red light on my dash was the security system. Fine. But it has never flashed before and I have had the vehicle 3 years. Rebecca argued that point.
2) R.said test drive showed cruise control was fine. I said we need full diagnostic bc it might not show on test drive. Argued again.
3) Told orange cc light was due to sensor being dirty. I asked if tech cleaned the sensor. She said she didn't know. Asked to be shown sensor. She did not know but " guessed" where it might be. Argued when zi said the Toyota emblem was sensor. There's more...
