Air filters wear marked as clean but qere very dirty. I have ordered some to take the place of the ones that weren't replaced. There were several other sloppy things which I have sent to your email.

I was scheduled for an oil change and for a recall to be done, however they didn’t tell me upfront that it would be several hours to do the recall. I now have to go back again on my day off to wait to have it done! Very inconvenient. My other complaint is they supposedly did an oil change, however never put a sticker on my windshield to inform me of my next. I feel that your service has gone down from when I purchased my truck there in 2019.

The decor itself was satisfactory. However I made it clear when I made the appointment that I had a certain timeframe to be done and was assured that it would be. When I checked in I was told that it would be half hour longer than usual and that Saturdays they are typically short staffed. Due to this I was late to another appointment. If Saturdays are typically short staffed I would have liked to know that when I made the appointment. I do understand being short staffed- I deal with that at work all of the time. But the response was that bc it was a Saturday that was pretty normal. The employee hat checked me in was kind, but indifferent.

I replied “ Y. to a friendly reminder for an oil change. It took me 4 hours to wait because I missed registering in the counter. They should have at least called me or check in the service area if I made it at the designated time if I made it or not. I honestly thought that I was in the other car service of my other car where the representative ask you to put the key on the dashboard when arrived in the service area and everything is taken cared of And I don’t need to go to the counter to register and once done , that will be the time to go to the counter to pay. I felt no consideration/ value of a good and loyal Toyota owner. Hope the Toyota of Puyallup will be reminded about there core mission of customer first. I cancelled some of my plan yesterday, a beautiful sunny day!

No follow through from Nicolas, asked for updates twice only got a call at 4:00P.M. stating car was ready. Unfortunately my car was not fixed so I dropped my car off from 8-4 for an oil change only. My original trouble lights to come on as soon as I got home. I thought I had explained the issue well enough but apparently not. I don’t know how else to explain the issue and I don’t think you should hire a tech that thinks an obd2 reader will cause the ABS to not function. Thoroughly disappointed in the whole process.

Honor appointment times. I had an appointment for 11:15 am and my vehicle has not brought back until almost 1pm. Then once I asked for an eta they finally brought it back. I was at the dealership for almost 3 hours for a simple oil change
