I got my rear brakes done for me guys. I am now having severe shaking when I’m going downhill in my steering wheel. I brought it up yesterday when I took my car in for an oil change and they said that they would check it out. No one came and talk to me when my car was finished I had to ask the cashier about my brakes myself, and what they said about them, they said to diagnose the problem that I would need to pay $100 for the diagnostic fee even though you guys did the original work I will not be back I will take my money elsewhere to a shop that stands by their work.

The service was not done completely. Please call me as soon as you open this morning. The bolts from the skid plate are missing and this is not the first time. The radiator fluid is at the minimum level. Not happy with this kind of half service provided with a full charge for it.

My car takes 0w-16 oil and you cheap bastards but 0w-20 in it and lied straight to my face about what oil was used. So no not happy with your service that’s why I cancelled my oil change plan. I can change my own oil and use the correct stuff and do it cheaper than you. Stop ripping off your customers! But the guy who checked me in was okay. It was the girl who lied to me. I should report you guys for fraud.
