All was well with the service experience except for the estimate for cabin and under hood filters that need to be replaced. The estimate for each filter was over $100 !! These are filters that cost $15-$30 anywhere else.
Is this Toyota’s way of getting back at customers for 2 years of no cost lube/oil/tire rotation ? Very disappointed that Toyota would take advantage and extort customers by charging them excessive and outrageous prices.

You did not have the parts to do the recall even thought the online reservation system automatically added the recall to the service. This cost me the time and trouble to remove my canopy twice as well as make two trips for service. No complaints about my service advisor, just about the system not being implemented well.
