Rick was quite friendly. Rather than waiting to be served, he hopped right in and took me to a small desk where he completed the paperwork for my oil change in a small iPad. He answered all of my questions and I was kept advised of the progress on my car. I love Toyota of Puyallup. Even though I bought my Highlander elsewhere, it has always been a pleasure for me to come back to Toyota of Puyallup for great friendly service that I can trust since 2010.

As I pulled out of the service department on Friday something under the car immediately bumped under the car. I drove around the block and every bump in the road caused a metal thump under the car. I took it back and told them what was going on. They put it back on the lift and “removed the rock”. Considering the sound the said “Rock” was making AND that it’s a PAVED parking lot, there is simply NO WAY it was a rock. The “rock would have been the size of a softball! It had to have been a tool left behind. Everyone was super nice about it and was quick to fix the situation. What upsets me was the lack of responsibility of simply saying, “oops. Our mistake.” In this world of complete upside down, why is it so hard to be honest?
