Dollen was very personable and at the same time very quick in handling my scheduled vehicle maintenance. He always had a smile and explained everything that was serviced on my vehicle and explained other possible areas the vehicle needs to be fixed. I never felt pressured. Thank you!

This oil change took almost 2 hours, longest time since I’ve experienced since I started having our vehicles serviced at Toyota of Puyallup, purchased at same.
I rely on the inspection report to maintain my wife’s 4 runner, didn’t receive a printout? Have lost confidence in Toyota of Puyallup.
Have an appointment on April 22 for my Tacoma, if service is as disappointing as today’s, I will have service at a competitive company.
Haven’t lambasted Toyota of Puyallup on Yelp, hopefully they will improve their customer service? Fingers crossed they do on the 22nd of April!

The service on my vehicle had not been completed yet which was nothing to do with Rebecca. It has taken a few weeks to fix the problem with not much communication until Alexis reached out the other day for follow up. The dealership/ vender also lost the fob which was replaced. This whole process which I thought would take a couple days has know been weeks. Thank you to Alexis, our sales rep for touching basis with us.

I didn't get a report on any of the inspection. Just the page of the free oil change. I know my tires were rotated because I marked them. My black center caps are staring to flake off the paint from the rotations. Not sure if that is something that is avoidable.
