I was never told that my 4Runner needs oil changes every 10k miles, so why does the sticker say it’s due at the 5K mark? So it had the tires rotated and a vehicle inspection instead of the 5k oil change. So if that’s the case why did they leave the sticker on my 4Runner with a past due oil change mileage??? And I was specifically asked if I wanted my 4Runner washed and I said yes, why not I’m not getting the oil changed. Well that wasn’t done either. It took the same amount of time for your service department to do a simple tire rotation and vehicle inspection as it would an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection?

Great on-site service! Appreciate the communications on the work and update on what to consider either during the appointment or in the next appointment. I also have the Toyota app. How do you integrate the service taken up to be updated in the app. I am ya I g to manually update.

Why didn’t someone go over my unexpected final bill of repairs, every one left except to pay the bill ? I came in for service only , then was told my rear brakes were bad then was told you couldn’t turn my rotors so next is buy new and wait for repairs etc. 1 pm to 5:30 ish pm no worries but would like to have had a serious overview before I left that’s all . I bought this truck here and have had everything always serviced here .

Kaleigh was awesome to say the least . She made me feel like the dealership was ready for my business. The last time I was there last year I felt treated like no one wanted my business-more of an intruder than a customer who deserved good service. Meghan was friendly, courteous and prompt. I appreciated that after standing for a few minutes in front of Express service before I was told (younger girl, borderline curt, definitely not as nice as Meghan) that they couldn't help me because my vehicle is "high mileage" which made me feel kind of like I was less than.

Meghan was clear about expectations and original timing. When she received updates from her tech team she updated me and was accommodating when I wasn’t certain if I could make it back with the loaner vehicle prior to end of day. Overall an excellent experience. I’ll definitely return for future service and am comfortable making recommendations to the dealership to others

The staff, Including Stephan Hull were exceptional. They answered my many questions and made my otherwise stressful visit as good as they possibly could. Unfortunately, the necessary part is not in stock and will take some time to arrive. I have recently ended my rental agreement, as I am moving out of state. My vehicle is in no condition to travel without the aforementioned part and I am stuck with a loaded trailer until the part arrives and is installed. I have asked Stephen to order the part and inform me of its arrival. I will be making arrangements to have my vehicle delivered in the coming days as to expedite the repair.
