So, a couple of things; It is my wife’s car so when she took it in she had already had some of the filters changed prior to the appointment, so the associate told her it would be less expensive than the quoted price, but he could not tell her the new price. So when my wife when to pick up her car, it was the original price, without the deduction of the filters. My wife also brought in a coupon for 15% off that we got in the mail. After some checking, you finally took off $30, and we were so frustrated that we just left, as it was later than we were told. When we got home and looked at the receipt, we realized we paid the exact price we were quoted in the first place, so after we did the math, using the receipt, we realized we paid $20.00 over. And to top it off, we felt uncomfortable waiting in the lobby just for our car to brought up front, because of a lady there with her dog in the waiting room! We love animals, we love dogs, we love our dog! But we do not bring him into places where dogs are not allowed! Some people are scared of dogs, some are allergic, and this dog did not seem to be a service animal. We first started coming to Toyota of Puyallup probably about 20 years ago, we’ve bought at least 4 vehicles, and have had them all serviced by you. We keep coming back because we have trust Toyota. But maybe we need to go to another place for our service.

1. When scheduling online, the price should be made clear. 2. It should be clear what is included in a 30,000 mile service. 3. I scheduled a 30,000 mile service. That is what I should have gotten. 4. My concerns about my brakes have now been dismissed by your service team twice. 5. We will not be back.

Dainka was very professional and friendly with not just me but everyone I saw her come into contact with at both check in and at the check out counter while I waited. I had seen it out in front and had been wondering what was going on. She explained that there had been a hold up with the paperwork which is why my car was not ready by 10:30 as she anticipated but I did get it by 11:15.

I don’t have an issue with any of the staff. They were friendly and kind. My issue is that no one talked to me about the wear on the tires, brakes, filters etc. No one explained what they found, or even wrote down information on my paperwork like they used to. There used to be a car diagram with a detailed report of the car’s condition. I assumed it would be there this time, but it was just multiple copies of my receipt. In the past they used to include a complementary car wash as well. This time no one offered and it was not washed or vacuumed.

After arriving for a scheduled maintenance, I was brushed off by a service technician who told me it would be a 5 minute wait to check me in although NOBODY (customers)was at any of the counters. Promptly Dainka assisted me within seconds and told me it would be a 2 hour wait time. Disappointed I agreed to wait but then Dainka somehow got my car through maintenance within 40 minutes. Dainka is truly a gem and should be commended on her customer service. Other counter agents could learn a thing or two from her. The men who took my car from me were very courteous and professional.

Fabulous service as usual... Jake, in service, was a tremendous help in keeping me aware of service and costs. He did an admiral job! I love Toyota of Puyallup's service. I always feel I received excellent service and competitive pricing. I only will shop for vehicles and have service at the best dealership money could find and that's Toyota of Puyallup.
