1hr 30 min simple oil change took 2hr 10mins. No update at anytime about what was taking so long or new time to be complete, until I complained. Meanwhile I watched 8-9 employees leave for a pizza party. I get it there are meetings but a very bad look when your running late not communicating with customers.

This won’t be acknowledged but, Items were removed from my drivers side sun visor and tossed over the edge of passenger seat onto floor. Not happy. My sun visors shouldn’t affect the dealership doing it’s inspection ! :(. Please have respect for peoples property!

Paid for tinted windows, the company messed up twice and then refused to fix it resulting in them removing the tint and refunding me. Well they haven’t refunded me yet but I’m expecting it sometime I hope. The Toyota employee was nice during the whole process but it was a disappointing experience which I’ve now had 2 bad this with Toyota of puyallup and won’t be going back there again.

Was Jacob the nice person that greeted me and set up the experience I had there, or the person that worked in my car? One strange thing, is that my check tire pressure light came on when I was driving home yesterday. It was still on this morning so had to go to Les Schwab to get them all checked. I won’t include this in my survey, but not sure all of the tires were checked or what happened during the rotation. They were all fine before. Just a heads up to you is all. Thank you!

The tech left halfway through my service, making a simple oil change, which I specifically scheduled an appointment for, to avoid spending hours at the dealership, take nearly two hours. I watched the tech, dressed in a suit, give the customer service girl a hug after she told him how handsome he looked, and then he left. She then told another customer a fat lie about not knowing about his interview, and she didn’t know why he left. I avoided taking my vehicle to Renton to avoid waiting at the dealership for hours. I had physical therapy scheduled following my appointment, and I was forced to change my appointment because an oil change took over 2 hours.
