The people at the business were amazing. Each one of them tried to help me. I walked in and told them of my situation. I had just took my mom in for surgery at the hospital and her wheelchair strap was caught in the back door latch and I could not get it opened. They tried to get it out but said it would need further maintenance. They got me an appointment at 1:00 that same day and were able to get the strap out of the door. I can now get my door opened and my mom got her wheelchair back. We bought the car from that dealership and I am very pleased with the service. Thank you!

I am a long time customer. I made a routine service appointment (50000 mile service). When I arrived I was informed that the day started with several lifts were nonfunctional. I had to wait 2 hours for a 1 hour service. I would have appreciated a call earlier in the day to offer a change of my appointment.

I had a scheduled oil change for 10:00 am on 2/7/23 and at 12:30 I was finally told they couldn’t do the oil change because they needed the main shop to help (some issue with a cover or something). So I had to come back the next day because I couldn’t stay any longer and was told to drop in anytime and it would be one hour and the gentleman would be there to oversee the process. I returned yesterday (gentleman as NOT there) only to wait almost three hours before I finally went and asked what the issue was. The nice girl at the counter said my paper work had gotten lost in the shuffle. She handed me my invoice and that was that- no explanation of the multi-point inspection and no print out of it either. Just a bill for $150.65. So 5.5 hours for an oil change and very little communication. Been coming here for years with various vehicles. Pretty disappointed.

I had an appointment for a regular maintenance (oil change) scheduled at 3:45. Working in Renton traffic wasn't so bad, I arrived at 3:15, 30 minutes early for the appointment. I didn't leave until 5:15. Although my car was finished and in the parking lot at 4:35. I asked if I could get my car after waiting 25 minutes and the person helping me said..."I'm working on it." Then about 10 minutes later she came out with 5+ customers paperwork. It appeared to me they were batching the customers paperwork. Another person was frustrated too asking the same questions as i was. I was waiting for 30 minutes longer than I should have, waiting for her to complete paperwork for.... everyone. Is this really efficient? I've been to this location multiple times and its never taken over an hour. The lengthy amount of time plus the lack of services, no vacuum, no wash, makes the visit not very satisfying.

I have been coming to Toyota of Puyallup for more than 5 years , I have never complained but today’s service was horrible. I checked in at 1:15 pm and I told Stephan that some of the lights were out. I went in the little kids room because I had my 3 year old niece with me, I was in there for 2 hours and no one came to talk to me about the findings of my car. I asked the cashier’s whether they had my keys but they directed me to Stephan , I went to Stephan and asked about my car ,this was about 3:20 pm , he said he had one person in-front of me and he was going to come and find me . I went back to the kids room and waited for about 13 minutes and he didn’t show up so I went back to him again and I asked him about my car, he told me he was gathering up the paperwork, i went back to front area near the cashier, he later came and this time I was so furious. I just wanted my keys back and get out of there. He gave me the bill ,and didn’t even explain anything to me, so I asked him about the light’s that I had mentioned to him earlier when I was checking in he said,“ they fixed one for free but you have one that costs $9“. My light was not fixed ,he said “I can have the technician fix it in 10 minutes”. I agreed, this was now 3:30 pm . When I drove off I realized that the tire sensor was still on, I drove back and asked Stephan about the tire light sensor , he said that the technician had mentioned it to him that the sensors needed to be replaced he didn’t mentioned anything like that to me because I could have made an appointment to get the sensors fixed. So it’s on. Anyway my experience was horrible I didn’t deserve to be treated like that especially for services that I am paying for. I actually told Stephan that I was not happy with the services he didn’t seem to careless and I actually wanted to talk to the manager but I didn’t have time. Stephan treat people the way you would want them to treat you!!
