First, I stood at Service Desk area for 15 minutes before I was checked in ( Nic noticed I had been waiting awhile & stepped up to take care of me. ( I am handicapped.) Second I left dealership and was on the road whrn I noticed my Dashboard was not as it had been when I drove in- it was in kilometers ( I know how to change that) but SETTINGS Push snd Hold was on & I did not know what exactly to push so I had to return to dealership to have that changed back to “ normal”. Plus I am used to dealer giving me check pages showing Battery & note about that, measuring tire tread & noting that, showing that fluid was put in my windshield wiper solution container. Last tome I got a coupon for Brown Bear Car Wash. This time nothing. So no, service left a lot to be desired.

James was was professional and I asked his advice on my brakes based on his experience and I appreciated his perspective. My brakes were repaired and didn’t require additional work based on catching this early enough.
Kudos to your certified repair technicians. They were thorough and pointed out important things to be fixed before they could get worse.
Please point out that the tires pressures are on the door sill of the vehicle. Setting the pressure for all tires to be the same is not the recommended tire pressure according to the manufacturer.

It took just shy of three hours for standard oil change. I understand that there are staffing issues all around the US but if you’re over Scheduling routine maintenance that’s forcing a customer to have a three hour wait, it’s unacceptable and poor customer service. When I first checked in I asked the gal for a quote on having our brakes serviced. I told her I needed a print out and she just verbally told me what the cost would be without asking any details about what I was looking for. She also never asked me my name and I felt that she could’ve up sold me on brake service but because she didn’t seem to want to put the effort in to re-search for me what I had specifically asked for, she lost a customer. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership and have 100% of the time had both vehicles serviced only by Toyota of Puyallup. To say that the customer service has decreased is an understatement. Not only do you not do car washes or vacuum a car you are now having your customers wait three hours for an oil change I am not sure I will be coming back again after this last experience.

When I phoned at 1:30 I was told it would’ve be ready for another hour. At 2:30 I was told that it would be another 15 minutes to finish the paper work. Later I found that the truck was ready to be picked up that morning.
