When you tell them to not touch the tires because I just had them rotated and they still do it makes my time just a mythical thing. I told him to not touch the tires or the filters cause I do them. Just change the oil and check the fluid levels. Haven’t popped the hood but guessing they checked the air filter too. So now I get to waste more of my precious time and take my tires back to my tire shop and hav them rotate them again. Simple directions shouldn’t be so difficult to follow. Thanks for **** me off. I won’t be coming back

I am amazed that this service department is able to function this well in spite of being woefully understaffed. They are taking on too much work (scheduling too many cars) for too few staff. Too crowded in the waiting area. All staff were friendly and hard working.

I’ve gone here three or four times and never had a bad experience. My experience today was definitely not like my previous experience. No one seemed very friendly today. I had an oil change which has never taken 2 hours. If it’s express service to have an oil change I don’t really know why it took two hours. Granted, Brittany did inform me that it would be about two hours, but I’ve never had it take two hours before. If you were short staffed, I would have understood that and been okay with knowing it was a 2 hour wait then. Overall, today’s experience was okay, but definitely lacked the usual friendly, cheerful, and happy atmosphere you typically have in your employees.

This is first time I’ve been really disappointed with the service department. My oil change appointment was at 9:15 and my car wasn’t ready until a little after twelve. Was supposed to be done at 10:30. I understand this was an unusual day because of going to a new system for your people, but what was annoying to me was that I had to keep checking on the progress of my car. Even after it was done I had to go back to service person to get key after having paid for service and car was out front. Key was in box behind counter and service person was not much concerned about the fact it took me almost half an hour just to get key. The young woman who was the cashier was exemplary- her first name was Honore, I believe. She was great.

I brought my Sequoia in for a 40k service and alignment. I was told that the service would take 90-120 minutes. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours, I went to check on my vehicle. Nic, who had checked me in at 3 p.m. had told he was off at 4 and another advisor would contact me later. About 10-15 minutes later, another advisor came out and told me that the alignment couldn’t be done since I had my spare tire on my left rear axle. Nic saw this when I checked in. It would have really been nice to be told this much earlier instead of me going to check on my vehicle. I waited an extra 90 minutes for nothing. This is my second disappointing visit in a row. I’ve been buying and getting my cars serviced at Toyota of Puyallup for over 20 years. Also, my safety inspection report stated that my windshield wipers were all in good working order. My rear windshield wiper was sitting on the front seat because my wiper blade tore. Yes, I failed to mention my wiper to Nic, but that was something that should have been noticed. At my 35k service, I was told that all of my factory tires were worn and needed new tires. You rotated my tires. I had severe wearing on the inside edge of my left rear tire. Not once until 35k was I told that I had an issue with my tires. Needless to say, I’m not very happy. Thanks for listening.

It took 1hour and 42 minutes for an oil change and inspection. My previous appointments with you usually took 1 hour or less and that included the car being washed. That's all, and I'll still come back for an oil change.
