When I made the appointment I specifically asked if the dealership worked with my fleet company because I wanted winter tires for my car along with the oil change and sun roof check bc it seemed to be leaking. I was told that the service and sunroof were free services but I stayed that I wanted to be sure that the fleet company could be invoiced as proof of having the service and so I could get the tires I need. When I brought my car on I was told you don't work with fleet companies. This is a hassle for me bc now the fleet company does not have the invoice and I have to make another appointment somewhere else to get my tires. Very unhappy with the inconvenience just so your dealership could get the $89 for servicing my car.

I had called the day prior to schedule a full-service appointment. However, when I arrived, they were only able to fix the cracked driver's side seat control panels, as that was the extent of the work I had requested. Consequently, I had to call back and schedule another appointment for that afternoon to complete the remaining service tasks.
Additionally, they were unable to rotate my tires because they could not find the wheel lock key, which I had assumed they would have since I own a Toyota. I then went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to try and obtain a new key, but they were unable to assist me. I had to return to the Toyota dealership, order a new wheel lock key set, and make yet another appointment so they could rotate the tires and inspect the brakes, as they had only provided a visual inspection during the previous visit and deemed them "good."
