Customer service was good. But last time in saying I need front and back brakes so had front done today. And they didn’t mention anything that backs needed done so I asked if they did like inspection while there and said back are good . So when I was in last where they trying to take advantage of me because I was a female and hoping I would do both and last time saying I need a new battery too and no mention of that this time either. They said everything looked good this time. So kinda makes me Leary on when they say something needs done.

My overall experience with Toyota has not been good and the only reason why I have any respect for the company is because of my service advisor Nicolas. He has been keeping me informed throughout my experience in the service department and excellent customer service. I don’t feel I should be bringing my car in for this many issues of only having it for 2 years. If he wasn’t working there, and provided exceptional customer service, I would not have brought my car back here to be serviced.

I bought the vehicle and was told it came with three services. Today I was told that the third service was expired and I was forced to pay out of pocket. It makes no sense to sell a vehicle with services that expire considering bought it less than two years
