Becca was awesome and communicative,but she never received any of my text message responses.
Iwas very disappointed that I paid for a bumper to bumper warranty and STILL had to pay over $600.00 to search for a water leak that was never diagnosed. Despite my sending pictures and descriptions, nothing was resolved except I'm now minus $600.00 plus dollars. She reached outvto Zeurich numerous times about my paintvwarranty and never heard back. She did the right thing and handled that situation for me. She was great, but having to spend money despite having purchased a warranty is NOT good customer service. That was very disappointing.

Excellent customer service from the man who helped me from my car and he made sure I had all of my personal belongs before I go to the waiting room.
