Please STOP adjusting the entire driver seat when car being dropped off for service. Adjusting the seat to accommodate a tall service person is fine, but not the height of seat, nor the seat back being found nearly half down.

Andrea was wonderful. Even though the wait time was going to be a very long time, she set me up with a loaner car for the day and that was so helpful. The “noises” I was hearing with my car are all gone now with a new set of brakes. Thanks to the entire team.

I loved how smooth the process was in regards to my oil change appointment. This was my first time ever here at the Puyallup location and by far the fastest service ever! I love it. The staff are incredibly thorough and when I had questions regarding possible winter tires; Multiple staff members were there to help me compare and contrast prices. I will definitely be coming back for future services with this particular location. Thank you! Everyone was super!

Representative wasn’t aware of a brand new Toyota battery warranty total timeline. Multiple mentions of 3 years. The technician even mentioned 7 years. The physical brand new Toyota battery even has 84 month warranty labeled on the unit! Had to check the battery once home. Took longer than 1.5 hours for diagnostic and had to inquire on status. Missing documents and information and had to call once I returned home and print from home. Not impressed.

Toyota of Puyallup is the best dealership I’ve ever been involved with. From buying a vehicle to having it serviced they are the best in the country. Rich, Lori and Nick have always treated me right and I appreciate that so much. Heck, I don’t even have to try to be a good customer, they make it so easy. I sincerely love Toyota of Puyallup. The service department is amazing .

After my vehicle was done with the Toyota Care service (less than 10,000 miles), the service rep told me oh by the way, we noticed your cabin air filter could be replaced and my vehicle was already in the parking lot ready to be picked up. I was surprised that I was notified so late and not told about this during the actual service time. I left not knowing if the cabin air filter really needed to be replaced…

Hopefully it was just an off day for the service advisor. I did not feel valued at all. I did not know my Toyota Care oil changes with the purchase of the vehicle ended after 26,000 miles. I was 37 miles over and the service advisor said they could do nothing about it. She would not even let me speak to a manager. The computer seemed to not be working and she seemed flustered and more interested in trying to make it work than listen to me. When I told her about then having to use the Enterprise Fleet for payment she just kept saying you will neee to pay and then the amount. When I pulled it up on the phone she said she had no idea and followed the directions to fax it in. I am appalled that I did not get any sympathy for being such a little over the mileage and at least some discount or at the very least checking with the manager. I also did not get my car wash coupons as it said I recieved on the paperwork.

When quoted price to have both front & back brakes replaced, wasn’t told of additional cost to have brake fluid changed. Also was told would take 2-3 hrs when quoted, so I opted to wait. When I checked in, was told it would be 2 hrs per front and back brakes. In the last year, the friendly “feel” of this dealership has changed. Now it’s all about up selling. In the spring I was in for oil change and they tried to up sell me a oil change program. Then they tried to up sell wipers. Please bring back the trustable feel it use to be here.
