You guys claimed that changed my Cabin Air Filter, and when I went and checked the old one was still in, and not even clean.
Plus my driver door was hit, fortunately no damaged was done to the door, but it would be greatly appreciated if staff paid more attention to what they're doing. In addition, I still don't belive a 20k mile service was completely done in just about 45 minutes. Taking in consideration that you guys "forgot" to install my Cabin Air Filter, makes me think that not everything that was written on the invoice was actually done. I don't mean no hate or cause any damage with my comment. But just for future customers, to be aware of what happened to me. Thank you.

The technician who serviced my Tacoma said we needed a new battery. I told them I would go back to the retailer I bought it from. I had it tested two times today - outside of Toyota if Puyallup and the battery was reported fine. The cold start was reported to be up to the max needed to run the Tacoma. I feel as though I almost paid for something that wasn’t needed by Toyota. Feels misleading. This isn’t the first time that I got information that was not accurate from Toyota of Puyallup.
