First, I gave the service rep a coupon for $10 off on an oil change, but I didn’t see it itemized on the final bill.
Second, after I got my car back, I found a used black plastic fork on the dashboard on the passenger side. Was the technician eating in my car?

This was the second time I went to this dealership. Now I need to go back again a third time because they failed to correctly order the right number of parts at my first visit at the dealership. The first visit I sat in waiting room for1-1/2 hours and the visit was for over 2 hours. The part that needed fixing is installation of a rubber grommet. I can't imagine this would take more than 5 minutes. Anyway I am still working and can't afford to wait over 15 minutes. The front desk help os excellent, I am only complaining about misorder and wait time. Thanks

My appointment was at 1pm 9/26 originally I did have it scheduled for 11am on Tuesday 9/24 but I rescheduled with a very nice lady and I got a text to confirm. I came in and the girl said no your app was at 11 not at 1 she said we will see if we can get you in do you have a text confirming your appointment time and she walks off I assume to see if they could get me in. When she returns I show her the text. She says oh well we could squeeze u in. I’m not saying you’re lying but they said they could squeeze u in I said no my appointment is right now. I have a scheduled appointment. She just says oh ok then she gets all the stuff In mileage that stuff address phone number. Then she tells me will you be waiting. Yes I will I need coffee but I will wait. She says ok I will find you when it is done. It won’t take that long. The latest you will be out at 245. Fine I go sit drink my coffee and wait. At that point I kept seeing people come in for oil changes and they are gone with in like 15- 20 min. I’m still sitting. I assume it’s almost done so I start walking around and I see a lady pull her truck in and she gets her oil change which I hear when she was doing her info and she was talking to her son she finishes and leaves at 245 I am just standing at the counter I ask one woman she says oh I don’t know I will try and find out for you. She basically just avoids me and a gentleman says maam have you been helped. I respond no could you please find out where my truck is. I was told the latest would be 245 well I do not see it. He goes and checks. He comes out and says I found the truck it’s just sitting back there and here is why. The typed out paper work she put down 445 for pick up and wrote down. On her schedule 245. So she isn’t paying attention when she is typing. I told him I have to go he said well they can get it done in 15 min and you’ll be done. I said fine but I need to leave. 30 min later I went up again and said hi is it done I need to leave now. He said oh ya they are pulling it up now. Well that was a lie because my hood was up and doors open. I felt like I was completely forgotten about sitting there wasting my time. So I did not leave that place until 338 the service advisor also followed me out because she wanted to talk. No leave me alone I will not be coming back. And not only that my car looked like someone sneezed all over the dash the shifter had some grease on it the sun roof button had crap on it. And I had $75 in my cup holder in the center that is not there I have ripped everything apart and it is not there I got the cash on my way there I stopped at Fred Meyer and got the cash back. It is not there I know I put it there because I placed it in. There when I was pulling in because I needed to give it to someone for part of a gift we were purchasing. So overall I call this day a loss I can not get my time back for it wasted for incompetence of kids basically I felt like after sitting there for hours someone who say maam can I check ion your car for you then having to clean my car when I got home being late to an appointment and missing stuff I know for a fact was in there and now is not. I will never bring my car or truck back to you guys. I feel like the customer service was extremely poor. The service advisors act like it’s social hour on their phones and not wanting to help another customer that started with a different advisor. I have very good hearing and sthe **** talking party going on is not professional or productive if there is time to sit and do nothing there is time to check with customers asking if there is anything they can do. What can they do to help is there any place they want to go instead of sitting. I am so sorry it’s taking longer than expected communication is key in retaining customers not being snarky rude entitled children when we came in today we had honestly planed on buying a lift kit for the truck having the work done with you trading my sons car and buying running boards for my 4 runner and some other accessories. Now absolutely not. We will not come back we will not trade or buy any cars with you guys nothing I know we are only one family but we have lived in the area all our lives our kids have lived in the area and our families word gets around. I think better training in customer service would help and sticky dirty fingers need to stay out of clients belongings I am mad still because I lost time and money just like in your business when things don’t go right you guys loose money same for the client or customer. I had asked for a rental via text message when scheduling my appointment and was told that it can only be done once I arrive. When I arrived I asked for a rental because I had to go to work and I was told that I was supposed to ask before which I did. I ended up having two wait and missed two important meetings. I know it’s not Joseph’s fault but Toyota of puyallup needs to do a better job with there operating procedures so everyone is on the same page

It was determined there was an inconsistency with the blade product that was installed in the wiper arms of my Toyota Corolla hybrid. I'm thankful this was corrected and hope that the next time I need blades replaced the correct ones will be installed the first time.

I dropped my car off the evening before my appointment and scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning. They didn’t get to my car until the afternoon to do the diagnostic and then said that they would have to order parts and wouldn’t be able to finish it until the following day. I specifically made the appointment for first thing in the morning so that I would have my car back by the evening time because I had plans and wouldn’t have time to pick it up.
When I called numerous times to check on the status, it was very nonchalant attitudes on the other end of the phone call with not a clear answer on when my car will actually get looked at or maintenance be finished. All I was told is that it was very busy there which is irrelevant to me, considering my car was supposed to be the first appointment.
This is not the first time that I received this type of customer service at your location and I don’t plan on bringing any of my vehicles back.
