Paid for service not done and have to waste more time coming back in to have the work done. Not a happy customer.

I replaced my radiator last year and today i was told it’s leaking though i’ve never seen it leak since it was replaced and it doesn’t overheat either. My worry is will i be replacing a radiator every year because root cause of problem cannot be found?

It took approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change. I was told you guys over booked. Only one reason to overbook and thats to make more money over customer satisfaction for a timely oil change. Maybe next time you do this call the customers and tell them how it's taking.

well to start with my wife asked that text msgs go to her phone # and this is not her number. i was not at the appt but my wife said the service was not up to what has kept us going to toyota all these years. The 3 counter workers were mostly engaged in their own conversations, on their phones, discussing computer programs- and basically ignoring customers that came in. she said she was finally waited on and said she would be in the waiting room - however i was texted at work that my vehicle was ready. it was not as she waited another 20 min. The coffee machine was broken, no snacks were available and no car washes are offered any longer. The employee that helped my wife was named Chance Hemby and he gave her car wash coupons as the other employee told her they were all out. He was very apologetic for the wait and confusion and she complimented him on his customer service.

My headlight assemblies were replaced. When I got home my front passenger turn signal was hanging by a wire from the front of my truck. Obviously the installation was not completed properly. With all the other things I had done with this service I have very little confidence that the other work was completed correctly either. What am I supposed to do now? I had to take vacation time to bring the vehicle in!
