When I told Rich the service manager in the morning of 9/13 that I needed the vehicle on the same day afternoon, he told me that he would give me update of my vehicle later of the day. However, I didn't get the call from him. So I called at about 3pm and talked with Jacob. He told me that the cordless charger had not been in yet. They didn't know when. But I could go in to get my vehicle by the mean time. So I went in at 4 pm. They delivered my vehicle to me with all wires and cover of the center console opened/ uncovered. It took them 30 minutes before I could get my vehicle. It obviously was a miscommunication and they didn't relate my request to the technicians who had the access to my vehicle.

No one verified what service I needed. I wasn’t sure if I needed a change in my filters. No one showed me. I am used to having the front floors vacuumed. No one said that doesn’t happen. Price was way too high for what was done. Was told it was going to take 1.5 hours to do basic service. Fortunately it took only an hour. Your customer service is way worse than it was. Got a call about scheduling my service and I already had an appointment. I am going to look elsewhere for service in the future because I don’t trust you anymore . Which is sad because I have been a loyal customer for 28 years . I will buy my next Toyota from another dealer.

I arrived 17 minutes late and had called and I was told that was fine. The person that checked me told me he had to get approval. The shop bat had no cars when I drove in. It started filling up after. The guy took 10 minutes walking around and couldn’t get approval and then was horribly rude to me. When I got in my truck there were items from the glove department inside my truck. I was in a hurry so I just left. Then after leaving I went to get my handicap placard as I had a serious ankle surgery last year and my air filter in my truck was replaced. Everything was everywhere in my glove box. A metal sign I had was actually bent. It took me to stop my vehicle and search to find the placard.
My husband and I are waiting for his vehicle to come in as we have aleady put a down payment on it at this dealership. The sales team seems very nice however it has made to stop to think if we should buy here. I
Every time I come the experience gets worse and worse. I was going to call but it doesn’t seem like anyone in the service department gives a crap.

PLEASE!!! Ask your TECHS NOT TO ADJUST MY SEAT FOR THEIR COMFORT!! It’s so frustrating to get back in my car and the seat is slid back and the seat back is layed down.
