I’m more disappointed that I was told that there was an appointment at 2:45 only then to be told that there are not enough technicians to help me that day and I would need a rental car. I had to cancel a meeting to make the 2:45 appointment, so I would’ve appreciated honesty that they didn’t have the technicians for the day before so I didn’t have to rearrange my entire day on Tuesday as well. I could’ve gone somewhere else, I could’ve gotten tires the same day, I could’ve still made my meeting, and I wouldn’t have needed to carve out even more time the next day to return the rental car. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Becca was the only thing that kept me from leaving. She saved the sale. Give her more money.

Oil change portion of the appointment went quick and well. It took 30 minutes to get the multi-point inspection results. Those results indicated that I needed an engine air filter replacement, which I approved. Figure that would take 10-15 minutes. That air filter took another hour. Really?? An another hour for an air filter after you already did everything else? TOP no longer washes cars, and instead gives vouchers to Brown Bear Car Wash. I wasn’t given one. In fact, I watched two prior customers (nit Chance’s) leave, turn around, and walk back in, stating they hadn’t been given one either. I left and forgot to ask. But,, didnt get one…. Upon driving home I notice the cover to my cabin air filter lying on my passenger floor mat. When I get home, I go to replace it, and figure I might as well check my filter while I’m at it. Filthy. No word from Toyota that I should replace it. I’ve always had great service at TOP. Not sure what happened this trip. Hopefully just a fluke. If it happens again, I’m gone.

Kennedy was awesome! Checked in expecting that when the service was scheduled previously that the loaner vehicle I requested would be ready but come to find out it was never setup by the advisor who helped me when I came in to service my 2023 Tacoma. Kennedy however made it happen for me the day I came in for my warranty claim. She really calmed my nerves and made everything so smooth. Thank you Kennedy I really appreciate you!

My experience originally started a couple of weeks ago when I had my car serviced they found a coolant leak and I had them install a factory tow package. I want the kick sensor kit installed and when I picked up my car it was not to my satisfaction when it was explained to me the kick sensor could not be installed due to my car being from Canada and a programming issue. (Red flag) anyways I made my call to the manager and when they called me back and looked into the situation it was corrected. I work in the device industry especially with parts and service for class 8 tractor dealership. I know how things can happen and the communication issues. Long story short I am pleased with the out come and would recommend this dealership. After all it is about the service provided and when issues arise it’s how it’s handled afterwards. Thank you.
