I came in at 2 pm for a 2:30 pm appointment. No updates on my car while I wait. I texted at 4:23 pm and asked for an update, no reply. Finally a gentleman around 4 pm called my name and asked if anyone talked to me about my car and I said no you’re the first one that has talked to me about it. 4:41 pm I was still waiting for my car to be pulled out front. 4:45 I was in the car, started it and all the messages and check engine light were gone. I get home and shut off the car. I decided to start the engine then all the messages and check engine light came back. I know a purge valve needs to be replaced but what the hell was that glitch?

When I (Julie Petorak) made the appointment I was told this would be the last time under the service contract. My husband and I are retired and we have low annual mileage usage. When I checked in for service I was told we fall under a one year grace period and actually have until July, 2025 with several services left. I was called when our vehicle was ready to be picked up after the service and told no filters needed to be changed. When I arrived I was told filters were changed and I was charged accordingly. Conflicting information. I not feeling confident with your Service Department. I may need to take my business elsewhere.

Setting the appointment was frustrating. The young woman I spoke with had ZERO technical knowledge of the issue I was trying to set an appointment for and as a result left inaccurate notes in the appointment booking. Check in was decent.. The service porter was quite immature and borderline unprofessional. However- the advisor was great. He fixed the notes and explained everything well and answered all of my questions. As promised called to report the techs findings and gave an estimate. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was provided a bill that was approx $300 OVER the estimate. I was told by the advisor (different one) that the estimate was parts only. I asked her to show me where on the paperwork it said that. She tried to avoid answering the question and I had to ask it a different way 2x before she stated that the paperwork did not say that. She then took the time to break down the bill for me and it made sense so I paid it because the services were all ones that I approved. I was very frustrated to experience the shock of a much higher bill than what I was expecting when I arrived. It should be made clear to the customer what the estimate is for both parts and labor. This did not happen. Lastly- once the bill was paid and I was handed the key I was told that the vehicle SHOULD BE up front but if not to come back. I looked everywhere for my vehicle but was unable to find it. Went back in and informed the advisor. She took the key and went looking for my vehicle and was unable to find it. She then looked for the advisor who checked me in to ask if he knew where the vehicle was and they had a brief exchange and she went back to look for it. She ended up asking one of the service porters to go look for it. All and all it took WAAAY too long for them to produce my vehicle. I believe I stood around in the parking lot for nearly 10 mins while they scrambled. This definitely does not instill confidence that my vehicle was treated with care. The service porter who pulled my vehicle up was also borderline unprofessional/immature. I really left with a sense that only the service advisor who checked me in had any sense of pride in his job and cared about representing himself in a professional and mature manner.

Took my car in for A/C problem and when I picked it up. While front end was not put back together correctly. It was involved in an accident and we have pictures of it when it left the collision center and it looks totally different now after the Toyota appt. I brought it back and talked to manager and he said it’s not there doing and it was because of wreck and they put it back together wrong. This car was looking great until we brought it down to the Toyota dealer. They took apart the front end and did but put it back together correctly and now refuse to fix it. You have to take apart part of the front end to replace the condenser and other parts and they still say it’s not their fault. They were the last ones to take it apart and it looks totally different from the pictures I have after being fixed at the collision center. I am not happy, now I feel everyone I bring my car in for maintenance I will have to take 40 pictures and a5 minute video to prove to the dealer they screwed up my car if something goes wrong like this again. I have bought 4 cars from Toyota and this may be my last because this just pisses me off.

I showed up at ten till three and left at six fifteen paperwork clearly states i was waiting I received your text and read it while waiting ... when checking out I asked some basic questions & your rep. had no clarity. My neighborhood mechanic died so I thought you might be a good choice, but will never return !!! I don't mind wasting $180.00 dollars for two headlights, but you stole three hours of my life

Loaner wasn't ready when I dropped off my car. After the sunroof instsllation- which was not explained it would not look like the manufactured one on the lot. It squeaks when opened. And the car was received with a fine film of dust, glue smell and dirty backseat, floor mats, scuffs on the back. Very disappointed.

Elisabeth was awesome; she has great communication skills and I really appreciated the walkthrough of everything that was serviced on my car rather than being handed my paperwork for me to figure out if anything else was needed. I felt comfortable and taken care of. The facility also offered a space for my little one to stay contained- that also was a plus. Thank you Toyota for taking care of us!
