Toyota of Puyallup Auto Repair Service

You keep calling me Brian. My name is Ryan. I gave you my drivers license and you wrote it on my loaner car rental agreement. I’ve responded to your texts twice now telling you this. That’s how I know you don’t actually read these things. I’m also frustrated that Toyota of Puyallup chose not to warranty my bed panels. They said both panels were cracked. Obviously so. That’s why I needed them fixed. I just bought the truck. I have no idea why they came loose but they obviously did. I’m not going to pay $1100 for you to stick a piece of plastic onto a piece of metal. I’m not sure what to do about this. I don’t know who decides what to warranty. Maybe it’s up to the technician or the service advisor. Maybe it’s up to the people that sit at the desk in the customer lounge who don’t appear to do anything. Either way it’s something that broke while the vehicle was under warranty and should be fixed under warranty. I want to take this issue further up the chain but the truck is almost out of warranty now. The loaner van smelled like cigarette smoke. That was frustrating but I was afraid to say anything because I didn’t want to get blamed for it. I know I was told no smoking and no pets. Evidently some people don’t adhere to those rules. It seems like somebody could have cleaned it out before giving to me

Terrible experience, my advisor did not seem to know what he was doing, cost was outrageous, did not see a check list, like brakes, fluids, it was not washed. They said I did not have an issue with fuel tank. Now my miles to empty does not work, DAMN IT I WOULD LIKE A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER

She was very pleasant and also very efficient. I liked her 5 year award. It speaks well for the employer that treats employees well as well as the employee who loves her job. You were very busy today and yet everything seemed to move along smoothly. The Olympics on the TV was a nice touch too. I’ll see you when my car needs a check up.

First of all I purchase full set of tire now every service with tire rotation I have to pay for the service . Any tire shop if you purchase tires from them it includes rotation and flat repair free for the life of the tire.i purchase tires through Toyota.

Service completed was quick and thorough.

I've been very satisfied with everything, from the vehicle, too 2 years of service. I've been very happy.
