I'm not sure if there was a mistake on the quote, but my quote was 16,800. This is for a roof, window regulator and driver side Tyrod. I got quoted at another place and for the exact same items it came out to 2230 - new roof, 400- window regulator, 1280 - Tyrod replacement (top of the line) for a total or 4510 compared to your quote of 16,800 of which I had to pay 175 dollars for and whoever worked on the roof tore my roof apart so badly that I can't even drive with it up. When I took it in, it wouldn't latch because the plastic connector broke, but the roof looked fine on the inside other than that. When I left, the interior of the roof was ripped apart and left that way and I have pictures and plan on posting about this experience

I have been a customer of Auto House for over 18 years and have NEVER been so disappointed in the service, or lack there of, quality of service and treatment. My vehicle sat at your shop for over a month without proper feedback and or service. I tried to get answers, as well as a proper diagnosis for the warranty l purchased to no avail! I am still waiting on my car to be repaired. This is ridiculous!! Spoke to Ashley, the Service Manager, who promised a call back with no call back. If this is the treatment a customer receives from the Supervisor what do you expect from the workers under her( Travis and Xavier). Much of the same or nothing! Tried to have the General Manager to respond and of course he was too busy or at a long lunch with no response or call back!

The amount of time that was taken to go back and forth with the extended warranty company was outrageous in my opinion and based off of my own experiences. Other than that everything seemed to work out better than my previous service department experience.

Travis was pretty cool but overall the worst service ever not satisfied. My mom has been sold a lemon did nothing to help her or the worst customer service ever. Also management ****. The manager had told us she was going to contact us. Several times. Did not call us once. Very disappointed

Luke provided exceptional customer support and service. I would recommend that autohouse consider a loner program for customers who need transportation assistance during auto services. I would also recommend a better application for updates and information on services being provided while vehicles are in service .

I was a bit confused about what to expect, as far as costs and what would be done at this oil change. It did take 2+ hrs. I had no transportation so waited. I think the confusion came in the fact that I bought a new car and thought that there would be oil changes for at least a year. I asked and they did give me this oil change. The staff was all very nice

All team members were friendly. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. However, 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is not acceptable in my opinion. I wish I had been told up-front that it would take that long. I would have arranged for a ride and not waited there with my restless 18mo old. The other lady in the waiting area also waited 2 hours for her oil change.
